How we handle information when you use the app.

Bitcoin Mining - Alpha BTC is a simulation/entertainment app. Any “BTC (SIM)”, “ABTC”, coins, points, or balances shown are virtual and have no guaranteed real-world cash value.

Important: We do not sell real cryptocurrency in the app, and nothing here is financial advice.

1) Information we collect

Depending on how you use the app, we may collect:

Account information (e.g., email) and an internal user ID (for login and account support).
App data such as ABTC/BTC (SIM) balances, mining session state, game coins, and withdrawal request details/status.
Device & diagnostics (crash logs, performance data) to improve stability and prevent abuse.
Advertising data if ads are enabled (e.g., IP address, device identifiers, ad interactions), depending on region and device settings.

2) How we use information

Operate core features (mining simulation, balances, history, withdrawals).
Protect users, prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce limits/verification.
Show ads (if enabled) and measure performance.
Fix bugs and improve features.

3) Firebase (Auth / Firestore)

We use Firebase services (such as authentication and database storage) to keep your account and app data synced across devices and sessions. Firebase may process limited device/usage data for security and diagnostics depending on configuration.

4) Advertising (Google AdMob)

If the app shows ads, we may use Google AdMob. Ad providers may collect and use data to deliver and measure ads. In some regions (EEA/UK/Switzerland), you may see a consent prompt for personalized ads.

5) Virtual currency & withdrawals (SIM)

“BTC (SIM)” / “ABTC” are in-app virtual units for entertainment. Withdrawal requests (if available) are for internal processing and may require verification and server-side approval.

Status may be Pending, Approved, or Rejected.
Minimum/maximum limits and rules may apply and may change to prevent abuse.

6) Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers (e.g., Firebase, AdMob) only as needed to provide functionality, ads, analytics, and security.

7) Data retention & deletion

We retain data as long as needed to operate the app, protect users, and comply with legal obligations. If you use the in-app “Delete Account” option, we will attempt to delete your account data (some records may remain if required for fraud prevention or legal compliance).

8) Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No online service is 100% secure.
