1) Quick fixes

• Force close the app and open again.

2) Withdrawals (SIM) help

Withdrawal requests are processed server-side and may show Pending, Approved, or Rejected. If you submitted a request and don’t see it, please include:

• Your User ID (UID) if shown in the app
• Date/time of submission
• Network (SIM) and amount
• Screenshot (optional)

3) Ads / rewards issue

If an ad didn’t load or the reward didn’t apply, please try again later. Some ad inventory depends on region/device.
